Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN – Spanish Speaking

• Valid Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with seniors in settings such as adult day health, assisted living, or home care.
• Fluent in English & Spanish

A very highly-rated and growing Adult Health Day Centeris seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). • Pay = $45/hour

• Located in West Roxbury, MA
• Shift is Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM with one rotating Saturday per month

• Provide daily nursing support including health checks and monitoring for adult day health participants.
• Assist with care for seniors experiencing memory loss and cognitive challenges.
• Complete accurate electronic medical records documentation using EMR systems.
• Support the RN and team with participant care, routines, and center operations.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain a safe, engaging, and compliant environment.
