Job Summary We are offering a generous sign on bonus of $60,000 to welcome you to our team. Recognizing and valuing exceptional talent, we're eager to discuss the exciting details of this bonus during our interview process.
Pay range for this position is $270,000 - $286,500

We’re looking for full-time and part-time CRNAs who thrive on precision, teamwork, and purpose. The CRNA provides continuous anesthesia assessment, implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the direction of a physician.
We have Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available with various day & evening shifts and schedules.

What You’ll DoProvide general and regional anesthesia for complex ENT and eye surgeries
Manage high-risk airways and unique anatomy with confidence

Qualifications Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia. Current Massachusetts RN license.
Certification or re-certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
Current Massachusetts Board of Nursing Expanded Role Certification.
Good oral and written communication skills and leadership qualities.
ACLS/PALS Certification Preferred: BA or BSN in Nursing Membership in professional nursing organization desired.
