Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse located in Massachusetts, United States. The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide compassionate and professional healthcare services to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, maintaining accurate patient records, assisting with daily living activities, and collaborating with other healthcare team members to ensure quality care. The role also involves educating clients and their families about care plans, health management, and wellness strategies.
Qualifications- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques, medication administration, and chronic disease management.
- Experience in documenting and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to provide quality care in diverse settings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic home care environment.
- Current CPR certification and a valid driver’s license.
- Previous experience in home care nursing or geriatrics is a plus.
