• In‑person, patient‑facing role
• Monday through Friday schedule
• One evening clinic per week
• Two Saturday clinics per year required
• Opportunity to care for a diverse, multilingual patient population
• Faculty appointment with Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct routine wellness visits and same‑day sick visits
• Provide preventive care and chronic disease management
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Develop evidence‑based treatment plans
• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
• Collaborate within a team‑based, patient‑centered medical home model

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of post‑licensure clinical experience required
• Prior Primary Care experience strongly preferred
• Experience caring for culturally diverse and underserved populations preferred
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• New graduates will not be considered
