Plastic Surgery Nurse Practitioner – Boston, MA

Shift: 3x12-hour days, Wed–Fri with flexibility to cover Mon/Tues (6:00 am – 6:30 pm)

Hours/week: 36 hours

MA License, Board Certification in relevant specialty

1-2 years inpatient plastic/reconstructive surgery experience required

Patient Census:
Approx. 10 patients daily

Hourly Pay Rate: $97.48/hour

Weekly pay via direct deposit

Provide patient care for adult patients in inpatient plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Conduct history and physicals, interpret labs and diagnostic tests.

Prescribe medications, perform bedside procedures as appropriate.

Develop and evaluate care plans and therapeutic interventions.

Manage ongoing patient assessments and updates.

Board certification in relevant specialty

Massachusetts license or willingness to obtain

1-2 years of inpatient surgical experience

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

About the Assignment This assignment involves working in a hospital environment with a focus on inpatient plastic and reconstructive surgery. Work alongside a dedicated team providing high-quality patient care, with no weekend or holiday shifts, ensuring a balanced work schedule. You will be supporting adult patients with procedures and management plans aimed at recovery and rehabilitation.
