Locum Jobs Online  is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology NP in Massachusetts. Join a busy inpatient women's health team where you'll play a critical role in Labor & Delivery, postpartum care, emergency GYN consults, and surgical assistance in a fast‑paced environment.

• Full‑scope OB/GYN inpatient experience
• 12‑hour night shifts with concentrated scheduling
• Work alongside dedicated OB physicians, PAs, and CNMs with 24/7 coverage
• Approximately 1,200 deliveries annually
• Fast‑paced Labor & Delivery and Emergency GYN environment
• EPIC EMR

• 3‑month assignment
• Full‑time schedule
• Nights & Weekends
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Call included

• Supporting Labor & Delivery and postpartum patients
• Managing inpatient OB/GYN services
• Assisting with GYN consults from the Emergency Department
• Post‑operative GYN rounding and patient management
• Triage and maternity floor support
• First Assist responsibilities in the OR

• C‑Section First Assist
• Emergency GYN Surgery First Assist
• Fetal Heart Rate Interpretation
• PA‑C Certification Required

• Certified First Assist in the Operating Room

• OB Physicians available 24/7
• PA and Certified Nurse Midwife coverage 24/7
• Strong interdisciplinary support model

• Active Massachusetts License
• OB/GYN inpatient experience
• Surgical First Assist skills
• EPIC experience preferred
• Comfortable with nights, weekends, and high‑acuity women's health care

This is more than a typical OB/GYN assignment. You'll gain exposure to a high‑volume delivery service, complex inpatient care, emergency gynecology, and hands‑on surgical cases—all while working with a highly supportive team in a leading community hospital system.
