Pay: $6,600–$8,000/Monthly

Shift Differentials
  • $1.00/hour for 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shifts

  • $1.50/hour for 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts

  • $2.00/hour for all weekend shifts

Position Overview

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct resident care, monitor health and vital signs, maintain accurate documentation, and work closely with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Unit Managers to ensure the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care and support to residents

  • Observe, monitor, and document resident health and vital signs

  • Collaborate with RNs and Unit Managers on care plans and medical histories

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and state regulations

  • Support a professional, collaborative, and compassionate care environment

Qualifications
  • Current LPN license in Massachusetts

  • Long-term care experience preferred but not required

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills

  • Dedication to providing high-quality, resident-focused care

  • Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem Positions
