The Position:

Full-time Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Brighton, MA, providing primary care to older adults across clinic, home, and long-term care settings as part of an interdisciplinary team. Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. No nights. No weekends.

Compensation

& Benefits:
  • $110,000 to $150,000 base salary, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
  • Provide primary care to geriatric participants across clinic, home, and nursing facility settings.
  • Participate in the after-hours on-call coverage.
  • Conduct annual and semi-annual physical exams
  • Perform initial assessments for new participants
  • Perform quarterly evaluations throughout their first year
  • Manage acute, chronic, and post-hospital care
  • Complete home and nursing facility visits
  • Lead patient and family education
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • 2 years of geriatric experience
  • Active Massachusetts NP or PA license
  • DEA registration
  • CPR certification
  • COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
