• Shift Duration: 8 hours
• Hours per Week: 40
• Assignment Length: 23 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,500 - $3,750

• Minimum 1 year of occupational health experience
• Board certification required
• Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license, or ability to obtain one
• Controlled substance license required or obtainable in Massachusetts

• Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to manage workload efficiently

• Diagnose and treat work‑related injuries, illnesses, and exposures under remote medical director supervision
• Perform pre‑employment and pre‑placement screenings for new hires
• Administer appropriate vaccines and support preventive care initiatives
• Provide clinical guidance following infectious disease exposures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote employee safety and wellness
• Manage cases and coordinate follow-up care as needed
• Support BBPEs and employee infectious disease exposure evaluations
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to efficient clinic operations
