Travel RN - GI​/Endoscopy

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Endocrinology Clinic position in Boston, MA, requiring ambulatory care experience, IV skills, and an active MA RN license.

• Active MA RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Ambulatory care experience required
• IV experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Endocrinology experience preferred
• 2 professional references required: at least one must be from a manager-level or above (not titled 'supervisor'), one must be within the last 12 months and the other within the last 3 years, and references from other travelers are not accepted

• Outpatient Endocrinology Clinic setting
• Patient population includes those requiring weight management monitoring, medication administration, injection teaching, and diabetes triage
• 9-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, scheduled between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM on variable days
• No weekend shifts required
• No major holiday coverage required
• Epic EMR required
• 13-week contract
• Responsibilities include in-basket management, patient triage, and nursing visits such as medication monitoring, medication administration, injection teaching, and diabetes triage
• Candidates must pass the Relias Advanced Dysrhythmia Test (A or
  
  B) — the test may only be taken twice
