Position Summary /
Department Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Boston Operating Room.
Key Responsibilities:- Peri-operative care in both scrub and circulating roles.
- Providing clinical support and resources.
- Working collaboratively in a family-centered peri-operative environment.
- Working either 36 or 40 hours per week, with a mix of 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts.
Education:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- A minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience as an RN.
- Pediatric Operating Room RN experience preferred.
- 2+ years of Operating Room experience as an RN preferred.
Certifications:
- Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
*$20,000 sign‑on for RNs with over 2 years of OR experience who have not worked at BCH in 2+ years*
* This position is eligible for a $10,000 Employee Referral Bonus for internal employees*
