About This Role
The Per Diem RN at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital is responsible for interpreting medical care plans, assessing patients, and providing individualized nursing care in a safe and competent manner. This role is ideal for nurses who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Per Diem, Rotating - Pay: $37.76 - $82.96/Hourly
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
- Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience: Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required.

Certifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
