Registered Nurse - ADHC

A very highly-rated and growing Adult Health Day Centeris seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN). This is an excellent opportunity for a RN to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused environment that values traditional Latin cultural roots and senior care. • Location: West Roxbury, MA
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month (9am-3pm)
• Pay Range: $45-$48/hour
• Job Type: Direct hire which includes full-time benefits

This is a chance to help launch a new program serving seniors in a welcoming, community-focused environment. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships, provide hands-on nursing support, and help create a warm and respectful experience for participants and their families every day.

• There are no bedside responsibilities involved in this role
• Provide daily nursing oversight, clinical support, and health monitoring for adult day health participants
• Communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff
• Partner closely with LPNs, program staff, and internal team members to support smooth day-to-day operations
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Support seniors experiencing memory loss or cognitive challenges with patience and compassion

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred
• Experience working with seniors in a healthcare or senior-care setting
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to senior care
• Comfort with computers and electronic medical records

• Spanish language skills
• Familiarity with culturally specific or community-based care environments
• Experience helping train or support staff in a collaborative setting
