DaVita is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead and coordinate care for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in an outpatient dialysis setting. In this key role, you’ll manage clinical operations, support your team, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead clinical care for ESRD patients, including lab tracking, vitals, and treatment planning
- Supervise and support nursing and patient care staff
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Provide direct patient care as needed
- Foster a supportive, collaborative team culture
- Partner strategically with the Medical Director to foster a collaborative clinical environment focused on driving high‑quality patient outcomes
- Own accountability for monitoring, analyzing, and elevating key clinical quality metrics to maximize the overall standard of patient care
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum 12 months clinical RN experience
- At least 6 months dialysis experience required
- CPR certification
- CNN/CDN certification preferred
- Supervisory experience a plus (or willingness to lead)

The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00-$ per year.
