Nurse Practitioner – Adult Primary Care

The Section of Internal Medicine is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Adult Primary Care Practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse and multicultural patient population.

• Full-time opportunity
• In-person, patient-facing role
• Monday through Friday schedule
• One evening clinic per week
  
  Two Saturday clinics per year required
• Opportunity to care for a diverse, multilingual patient population
• Faculty appointment with Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct routine wellness visits and same-day sick visits
• Provide preventive care and chronic disease management
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
• Collaborate within a team-based, patient-centered medical home model

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience required
• Prior Primary Care experience strongly preferred
• Experience caring for culturally diverse and underserved populations preferred
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills

Compensation Range: $53.85 - $78.13 per hour. This range is based on the minimum job qualifications and may be adjusted based on experience, education, and market competitiveness.
