Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Unit: Long-Term Care (LTC)
Locations: Dedham, MA & Roslindale, MA
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Every Other Weekend (EOW) Required
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
About the RoleWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Long-Term Care team. CNAs play a vital role in providing exceptional, resident-centered care while supporting the health, comfort, and dignity of our senior population.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation support.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental status to the nursing team.
- Measure and record vital signs and accurately document resident care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate care and effective communication.
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Previous Long-Term Care experience preferred, but new CNAs are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-focused care.
