Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments these guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked

Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission - 36 hours day/night rotating and every other weekend. All shifts are 12 hours rotating shifts - 2-3 years related work experience required. CPR-AHA ACLS - MUST HAVE SICU AND TRAUMA/LEVEL 1 TRAUMA EXPERIENCE. The SICU is an 8-bed unit (per more recent reporting) caring for a variety of surgical patients, including transplant, hepatobiliary, general surgery.

Ratios 1:1-3. Epic experience required NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility)

ASAP starts, 4 weeks out for compliance Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday) NM to interview - IVS to offer if time off less than 7 days and not over a holiday - Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as PERM within the last six months will not be accepted - parking can cost up to ***/day - please reach out for more details
