Boston Children’s Hospital NICU is a Level III/IV, 30-bed referral center for critically ill neonates. This RN role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide advanced neonatal care and family-centered support. The position includes a 36‑hour weekly schedule with rotating days and nights, and every third weekend.
Minimum qualifications include a BSN, 1 year of acute pediatric/ICU/ED RN experience, and MA RN licensure. A 10K sign-on bonus is currently offered.
