Registered Nurse, Inpatient Complex Surgical Floor

Registered Nurse role:

• Work on a brand new 24 bed complex surgical unit.
• Provide care for all pediatric patients (all ages), including Orthopedics, General Surgery & Urology, Solid Organ Transplant & End Stage Renal Disease patients.
• Manage 12 of the 24 beds with a 2:1 nursing ratio for patients needing fluid management and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide family‑centered care.
• Work 32 hours per week, rotating days, nights and every third weekend.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 1+ years of inpatient acute RN experience.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• PALS or ACLS certification preferred.

The posted pay range reflects Boston Children’s reasonable and good‑faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Base pay depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and other job‑related factors.
