Boston Medical Center (BMC) seeks a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg Float Pool in Boston on a per diem basis. Float pool RNs provide 24/7 clinical coverage for medical and surgical adults, sharpening med/surg skills and offering a broad clinical view.
You will assess, plan, intervene, educate patients, communicate with the care team, update records, and support quality improvement efforts. Requirements: MA RN license, BLS (ACLS in certain units), 1+ year experience preferred, Diploma/ASN/BSN
