What Private Duty with BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing Looks Like

• Private duty = full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours)
• Private duty = one client for the whole shift
• Nurses work with local clients nearby with short commutes
• LPNs working in hospitals, long‑term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well equipped to handle one client in the home

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

• Pay range: $38–$42 hourly based on experience and skills
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (Full‑Time or Part‑Time)
