About This Role
The Registered Nurse on Lunder 10 provides expert, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with hematologic malignancies and those undergoing advanced oncology treatments. This role is ideal for candidates with acute care RN experience, particularly in oncology.

- Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating shifts
- Deliver safe, skilled, and compassionate nursing care to patients with hematologic malignancies and oncology needs.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and continuously evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial status.
- Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, blood products, and other prescribed treatments.
- Monitor for and respond to changes in patient condition and treatment‑related toxicities.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and clinical events.
- Communicate significant changes in condition to the appropriate provider and interdisciplinary team.
- Modify and individualize nursing care based on patient response and clinical needs.
- Provide patient and family education related to diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Support patients and families through complex treatment courses with professionalism and empathy.
- Participate in bedside handoff, interdisciplinary rounds, and unit‑based quality initiatives.
Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of acute care RN experience preferred, with a preference for oncology experience.

Current RN License in Massachusetts required.
