Nurse Practitioner – Adult Primary Care – Boston Medical Center, Boston, MA

2030: making Boston the healthiest urban population in the world. The Section of Internal Medicine is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Adult Primary Care Practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated provider who is passionate about delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care to a diverse and multicultural patient population.
- Full‑time opportunity
- In‑person, patient‑facing role Monday through Friday
- One evening clinic per week
- Two Saturday clinics per year required
- Opportunity to care for a diverse, multilingual patient population
- Faculty appointment with Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Conduct routine wellness visits and same‑day sick visits
- Provide preventive care and chronic disease management
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing
- Develop evidence‑based treatment plans
- Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
- Collaborate within a team‑based, patient‑centered medical home model
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 3–5 years of post‑licensure clinical experience required
- Prior Primary Care experience strongly preferred
- Experience caring for culturally diverse and underserved populations preferred
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- New graduates will not be considered

Compensation Range: $53.85 – $78.13 per hour, based on minimum job qualifications. The base pay considers education, experience, skills, and certifications, as well as internal equity and market competitiveness.
