Full-Time | 40hrs per week, Shifts Available:
Monday-Friday Days, with on-call responsibilities

Delivering Solutions that Matter:- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care and compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff by coordinating assignments, providing clinical guidance, and fostering teamwork and accountability.
- Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure accurate medication administration, documentation, infection control practices, and adherence to state and federal long-term care regulations.
- Address resident, family, and staff concerns promptly, respond to clinical emergencies, and support quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
- Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- 2+ years prior experience in a clinical supervisor or leadership role
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
- Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
