LPN - Fluent Spanish

A very highly-rated and growing Adult Health Day Centeris seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This is an excellent opportunity for a Spanish speaking LPN to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused environment that valuestraditional Latincultural roots and senior care.

• Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
• One Saturday per month

• Pay = $45/hour

• Provide daily nursing support including health checks and monitoring for adult day health participants.
• Assist with care for seniors experiencing memory loss and cognitive challenges.
• Complete accurate electronic medical records documentation using EMR systems.
• Support the RN and team with participant care, routines, and center operations.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain a safe, engaging, and compliant environment.

• Valid LPN license in Massachusetts

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with seniors in settings such as adult day health, assisted living, or home care.
• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Basic computer skills and experience with EMR systems.
