About This Role

The RN in the Ortho/Surgery/Urology unit at Mass General Brigham is responsible for providing individualized nursing care, interpreting medical plans, and ensuring safe and competent nursing practices. This role is ideal for nurses with a strong foundation in clinical decision-making and patient assessment.

• Pay: $41.72 - $105.65/Hourly
• Location: Boston, MA
• Facility: The General Hospital Corporation
• Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating shifts

• Interpret the plan of medical care and assess patients' clinical needs.
• Provide individualized nursing care and evaluate nursing care for groups of patients.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess and plan patient care.
• Modify patient treatment plans based on responses and conditions.

• Education: Associate's degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience: 0-1 year of clinical nursing experience required
