Part-Time RN - Pediatric Allergy - MGH

About This Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Allergy Nurse to provide specialized care to pediatric patients with allergic and immunologic conditions across multiple satellite locations.   Full-Time, Day shift

• Conduct oral food challenges and drug challenges
• Perform skin prick and intradermal allergy testing
• Administer biologic therapies and monitor patient response
• Manage environmental allergen immunotherapy and oral immunotherapy treatments
• Provide comprehensive patient and family education
• Perform phone triage and address patient and parent concerns
• Complete prior authorizations and assist with care coordination
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans

• Education: Associate s Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience: Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
