We are looking for a part‑time Registered Nurse to work in our South End Washington Family Medicine location. The RN will provide direct and indirect nursing care, including health maintenance, teaching, counseling, and care planning. The RN will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of department needs, use critical thinking, and exhibit leadership qualities while engaging with the clinical team.

• Assess patients through history and appropriate tests and observations.
• Communicate with providers and educate patients on test results, care plans, and medication changes.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment when triaging sick patients, both on the phone and in the waiting room.
• Safely and effectively administer medications, tests, and treatments as ordered.
• Teach patients and families health care regimens, including disease management, diet, exercise, and other aspects of the plan of care.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure in Massachusetts as an RN.
• BCLS certification per department policy.
• One year of relevant nursing experience in a community health or ambulatory care setting preferred.

Starting at $40/hr up to $60/hr based on relevant experience.
