Weekend Nurse Supervisor (Part‑time)
North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center invites you to join as a Weekend Nurse Supervisor supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. The position offers part‑time opportunities with available schedules at 7am‑7pm or 7am‑3pm and pay ranging from $38 to $60 per hour.
About the FacilityNorth End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is a 100‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility that prioritizes compassion and quality care. Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high‑quality resident care.
- Oversee daily nursing operations to promote safe, effective, and person‑centered care delivery.
- Monitor staff performance and offer guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies governing nursing care.
- Assist in coordinating resident care plans and ensure timely communication across interdisciplinary teams.
- Support accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to clinical concerns and help resolve issues involving residents, families, and staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support facility‑wide clinical goals.
- Current, unencumbered, active RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
- Minimum of five years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting, with at least one to two years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers.
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, capable of guiding, supporting, and collaborating with team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining accountability and high standards of care.
