About This Role

The Part‑Time RN position in Pediatric Primary Care at Mass General Brigham involves providing compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients and their families. This role is ideal for nurses who are flexible and can work at multiple locations.

• Location: Boston, MA
• Facility: Mass General Brigham
• Department/Unit: Pediatric Primary Care
• Schedule: Part‑Time, 26 hours per week
• Pay: $41.72 - $105.65/Hourly

• Provide competent, compassionate nursing care based on scientific principles.
• Maintain a therapeutic environment for patients and families.
• Communicate the plan of care to other patient care team members.
• Coordinate involvement of the patient, family, and health team members in the care plan.
• Observe, report, and document relevant patient information.
• Help define standards of excellence for patient care.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Teach and direct nursing and other clinical support staff.
• Engage in the MIIS vaccine program as a coordinator when needed.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.

• Education:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience:
  • Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
