- Licensure/Certification s: MA RN license, BC in Neurosurgery
- Experience: Minimum 1 year neuro nursing experience in inpatient neurosurgery
- Pay Rate: $129.98/hour

- Participate in patient rounding with residents and develop patient care plans
- Review patient status, place orders, and manage discharges
- Provide inpatient neurosurgery care, including removal of drains (Hemovac/JP) preferred
- Manage postoperative patients and coordinate with the healthcare team
- Work primarily with adult patients in a hospital setting
- Document patient assessments and interventions using Epic EMR
- Support the neurosurgery team with patient management and procedures
Required:
- Board Certification in Neurosurgery (BC)
- Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum 1 year neuro inpatient experience
- Ability to perform drain removal (preferred)
- Strong clinical skills in neurosurgery care
- Experience with Epic EMR
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced hospital environment
