About This Role
The Nurse Manager at Spaulding Brighton is responsible for directing, planning, and coordinating nursing service activities and staffing performance to ensure quality patient care. This role is ideal for those looking to make a significant impact within a renowned healthcare institution.

- Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift
- Direct, plan, and coordinate service activities and staffing performance.
- Ensure the development, implementation, and evaluation of staff onboarding, training, and education.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback for staff.
- Ensure a positive work environment that is safe for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Coordinate unit activities with other hospital departments.
- Develop and implement staffing plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience:
- 2-3 years of nursing experience required
- 1-2 years of nursing leadership experience preferred
Licenses &
Certifications:
- Current RN License required
- ACLS Certification preferred
- BLS Certificate preferred
