3 East Inpatient Medicine Nurse - Per Diem - Faulkner

About This Role

The 3 East Inpatient Medicine Nurse is a per diem position responsible for planning and providing patient care for assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care. This role is ideal for a registered nurse who demonstrates initiative, knowledge, and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs.

• Pay: $41.36 - $100.00/Hourly
• Location: Jamaica Plain, MA
• Facility: Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Inc.
• Schedule: Per Diem
• Department/Unit: 3 East

• Plan and provide patient care for assigned patients.
• Manage patients by assuming full responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate initiative and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs.
• Assure the practice of the Patient and Family Centered Care Model.
• Work 16 shifts every 6 months, including 4 weekend shifts and one summer and one winter holiday.

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers required
• Membership in a professional nursing organization preferred
