The Med Surg Float Pool Nurse is responsible for planning and providing patient care across various units, demonstrating initiative and clinical skills in managing patients with complex needs. This role is ideal for nurses seeking versatility and adaptability in their practice.

• Location: Jamaica Plain, MA
• Facility: Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Inc.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Evening shift
• Pay: $41.36 - $100.00/Hourly
• Sign-On Bonus: $9.00 per hour differential for weekend shifts

• Provide patient care in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care.
• Manage assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Float among various units to care for diverse patient populations.
• Demonstrate initiative and knowledge in clinical skills.
• Assure practice of the Patient and Family Centered Care Model.
• Adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards.

• BSN required

• Experience in a clinical setting preferred

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers required
• Membership in a professional nursing organization preferred
