Job SummaryRN Inpatient Oncology
36-hour day/night rotation including weekends and holidays required.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year RN experience and a strong interest in oncology.

ResponsibilitiesAssure proficient and compassionate nursing care tailored to specific patients. Delegate tasks to clinical and support staff. Be accountable for leading nursing care for a designated patient group. Collaborate with the Nursing Director and Patient Care Team members to achieve efficient patient outcomes.
RN's work closely with patients to meet their needs and expectations and to ensure care is safe, efficient, effective, and timely. Meet the cultural, spiritual, and ethnic needs of each patient.
