Health Drive is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to manage medical needs of residents in sub-acute rehab and long-term care units on a later shift (12pm-8pm). The APRN will diagnose, treat, and oversee patient health, working with a medical staff and building relations with facility administrators.
We offer a 3-week paid training, mentorship, and comprehensive benefits. Schedule supports independent patient care with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements for some roles.
