Position Overview

As a Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents receive exceptional overnight care. You’ll assess resident conditions, administer medications and treatments, respond to changes in health status, and work closely with the interdisciplinary team to maintain a safe, comfortable environment throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care during overnight hours
  • Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and vital signs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and changes in condition
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership and healthcare team members to promote outstanding resident care
Qualifications
  • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care
