American Traveler is hiring an ER RN for a 13-week assignment requiring an active MA RN license and BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications.

• Work in the Nursing Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• 13-week contract assignment
• Uses Epic for charting

• Active MA RN license required, with no conditional or pending licenses accepted
• Certifications required: BLS, PALS, and ACLS (AHA only)
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• 0-1 year of clinical nursing experience required
• Primary source verification of professional license required through NURSYS and BON
• Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients
• Knowledge of medical terminology and age-specific patient care principles

• Responsible for assessing patients, administering medications, monitoring for reactions, and documenting vital signs and clinical changes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Modify treatment plans based on patient response and condition
• Flu vaccine required during flu season with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of Boston, MA to be eligible for consideration
