MA License, BC in Neurosurgery - Experience:
1+ year neuro inpatient care - Credentialing: 90 days or less
- Hourly Rate: $129.98/hr

- Conduct patient rounds with residents in the neurosurgery unit
- Review patient plans and update orders accordingly
- Assess patients needing to be seen and coordinate ongoing care
- Manage discharge procedures and documentation
- Focus on inpatient neurosurgical care, excluding operative procedures
- Remove drains such as Hemovac and JP drains (preferred skill)
- Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to deliver excellent patient care
- Board Certification in Neurosurgery (BC required)
- MA License active and in good standing
- At least 1 year of neuro inpatient experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Strong patient care skills and attention to detail
