Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner – Boston, MA | No Nights, No Holidays | Day Shift

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct patient rounds with residents in the neurosurgery unit
  • Review patient plans and update orders accordingly
  • Assess patients needing to be seen and coordinate ongoing care
  • Manage discharge procedures and documentation
  • Focus on inpatient neurosurgical care, excluding operative procedures
  • Remove drains such as Hemovac and JP drains (preferred skill)
  • Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to deliver excellent patient care
What You Need:
  • Board Certification in Neurosurgery (BC required)
  • MA License active and in good standing
  • At least 1 year of neuro inpatient experience
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment
  • Strong patient care skills and attention to detail
