Pediatric IV Therapy Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Pediatric IV Therapy Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate must be skilled in ultrasound guided peripheral venous access. Experience with implanted vascular access devices, such as ports and PICC lines, is required. Candidates should have the ability to assess and evaluate sites and vessels for IV access. The role involves monitoring IVs and recommending appropriate types of IVs for patients.

Experience with neonatal and pediatric patients is essential. Candidates must be efficient with IV insertion techniques. This position requires rotating shifts that include days and nights. Weekend and holiday shifts will be required as part of the role. The facility is an acute care facility with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and pediatrics. We prioritize providing high-quality vascular access in our patient care.

Candidates will be expected to learn and adhere to facility policies and procedures.
