What You’ll Do:

Participate in inpatient neurosurgery patient care, including rounding with residents
Review patient plans, assess and see patients in need
Manage orders, discharges, and patient documentation
Work within a team to ensure optimal neurosurgical patient management
Perform drain removals (hemovac / JP drains) preferred
Collaborate on multidisciplinary care activities
Provide patient education and discharge instructions

What You Need:

Current MA State License
Board Certified in Neurosurgery
At least 1 year of neuro-specific experience
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
