Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Boston, Massachusetts. This position involves providing specialized surgical nursing care in a high-volume, Level I trauma surgical environment. The role requires experience in kidney transplant, neuro, spine, or orthopedic trauma and robotics, with an emphasis on supporting a wide variety of complex surgical procedures.

• Shift: Days, typically 8 to 12-hour shifts, with a start date of 08/24/2026.
• Schedule:
  
  40 hours per week, primarily day shifts; up to 2 weekends per month may be required, including call shifts with a 30-minute response time.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Certification in nursing (RN), valid state licensure, at least 3 years of operating room nursing experience, and demonstrated experience in kidney transplant, neuro, spine, orthopedic trauma, or robotics.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Prior experience in a Level I trauma surgical environment, scrub and circulating experience in general surgery, robotics, transplants, orthopedics, neuro, spine, ENT (primarily head & neck), GYN, urology, trauma, and organ procurement.
• Additional Information:
  This role involves assisting with a wide range of complex surgical procedures in a facility that specializes in inpatient Level I trauma surgery, including bariatric, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic trauma, spine, plastic reconstruction, robotic surgery, and organ transplants. No local candidates will be considered, and all RTO requests must be approved prior to assignment. Orientation sessions occur weekly, every Monday barring holidays.
