Position Overview

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a critical role in providing high-quality care to residents. You will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor health, and support the nursing team in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

  • Serve meals and provide nourishment between meals as needed

  • Ambulate, turn, and position residents safely to prevent injury

  • Monitor residents’ health and promptly report changes to nursing staff

  • Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

  • Collaborate with the nursing team to provide resident-centered care

  • Participate in staff meetings, care conferences, and ongoing professional development opportunities

Qualifications
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Massachusetts

  • Long-term care experience preferred but not required

  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Dedication to providing high-quality, resident-focused care
