The ANGIO/NEURO IR Staff Nurse at Mass General Brigham is responsible for planning and providing patient care for assigned patients, demonstrating initiative and clinical skills in managing complex needs. This role is ideal for nurses with interventional and intensive care experience.

• Pay: $41.71 - $105.65/Hourly

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for specific assignments.
• Set priorities when organizing care for patients with varying acuity.
• Maintain continuity through clear communication.
• Document patient care in compliance with nursing standards.
• Develop comprehensive plans of care and educational plans for patients and families.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and revise as needed.
• Participate in quality management and improvement programs.
• Administer medication safely according to established policies.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and uphold ethical standards.
• Participate in the orientation of new staff members.

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts; BSN required for newly licensed nurses.

• Current interventional experience required.
• Intensive Care Unit experience required.
• Procedural sedation experience required.

• Current RN License in Massachusetts.
• ACLS required or obtained within the first 3 months of hire.
