American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a Level I trauma hospital position requiring day/night shift rotation, weekend availability, and an active MA RN license.

• Work in the General OR unit of a Level I trauma hospital
• 13-week assignment with 2 positions available
• Day/night rotational and variable shift schedule using 4x10 or 4x12 patterns
• 4x10 day shifts run 7a-5:30p Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri with 9a-7:30p on Wed
• 4x12 day shifts run 7a-7:30p Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri with 9a-9:30p on Wed
• 4x10 night shifts run 7p-5:30a Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri with 9p-7:30a on Wed
• 4x12 night shifts run 7p-7:30a Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri with 9p-9:30a on Wed
• Weekend shifts are scheduled as 12-hour shifts, with 8 or 10-hour shifts scheduled during the same week to meet contracted weekly hours
• Call responsibilities required
• Uses Epic for charting
• Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping

• Active MA RN license required (no conditional or pending licenses accepted)
• Both NURSYS and BON verification required for nursing license
• AHA-issued certifications only
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
• Level I trauma experience required
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed

• Provide perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced OR General unit
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Boston are accepted at a reduced rate
• License and certification verification must be completed within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration
• RTO must be disclosed prior to consideration for the position
