Pediatric RN - 36 Hour Nights

About This Role

The Pediatric RN position at Mass General Brigham involves providing individualized nursing care for patients, interpreting medical care plans, and ensuring safe and competent nursing practices. This role is ideal for nurses with at least one year of acute care experience who are passionate about pediatric care.

• Location: Charlestown, MA
• Facility: The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation
• Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift
• Pay: $37.76 - $82.96/Hourly

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans based on responses and conditions.

Education:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Experience:

• 1+ years of acute care RN experience required
• Clinical nursing experience minimum 2 years required, Pediatric experience preferred

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current RN License in Massachusetts required
