RN - Med​/Surg​/Tele - Evening​/Nights

Role: Registered Nurse in a Medical/Surgical and Telemetry Unit

• Provide quality inpatient care, assess, plan, implement, and document patient care, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team, and implement core measures. Handle a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and individualized care.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current MA RN licensure; BSN preferred. Current AHA BLS certification required. Telemetry experience preferred; proficiency in telemetry interpretation required by the end of orientation.

• Excellent communication, assessment, documentation, interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize, and commitment to culturally diverse populations.

• Care for approximately 20 patients daily on a 25-bed unit, collaborate with hospitalist team, and adhere to hospital policies and core measures. Potential for bonuses based on experience.
