Schedule:
36 Hours per Week, Every Third Weekend / Holiday Rotation
- Perform nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care for patients and their families across the health care continuum.
- Accountable for clinical, educational, quality, and fiscal patient care outcomes using the model of care designed by the nursing department and following established agency policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, and standards of practice.
- Reports to the Unit Nurse Manager.
- Preferred candidate has graduated from nursing school within twelve (12) months before their date of hire.
- Licensed as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Active BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
- BSN preferred. Candidates who do not have a BSN must enroll in a Baccalaureate program one year from date of hire and must complete their BSN by the end of the semester in which the four-year anniversary of employment at BMC occurs.

Compensation Range: $39.80- $93.69
