The OB Float Pool Nurse at Mass General Brigham is responsible for planning and providing patient care for assigned patients, demonstrating initiative and clinical skills in managing complex needs. • Pay: $41.71 - $105.65/Hourly

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate a plan of care for specific patient assignments.
• Set priorities when organizing care for patients with varying acuity.
• Maintain continuity through clear and concise communication.
• Document patient care in compliance with nursing documentation standards.
• Develop comprehensive plans of care and educational plans for patients and families.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the plan of care and revise as needed.
• Provide a safe environment for patients, staff, family, and visitors.
• Administer medication safely according to established policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and uphold the A.N.A. code of ethics.
• Participate in unit-based and organizational quality management programs.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Experience: 3+ years of inpatient mother/baby RN experience required
• Level 2 NICU experience preferred
