Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Psychiatry Boston - 32 or 36 hrs
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Unit in Boston, a 16-bed secure inpatient unit. Key Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care to patients and families in our inpatient psychiatric unit
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
- Providing education to patients and families.
- Facilitating group therapies.
- Overseeing behavioral health specialist staff.
- 32 or 36 hours, variety of shifts including:
1) day/evening rotating, occasional overnights, every other weekend.
2) nights and every other weekend, 3( day/night rotating and every other weekend. And all positions include rotating holidays.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education:
A bachelor's degree in nursing - Experience:
1+ years of RN experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric experience preferred.
- Licensure/
Certifications:
Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Status:
Part-Time
Standard Hours per Week: 32
Pay Range: $67558.40-$145491.84 Annual
